Find Your Safe Space

Empowering the Neurodiverse and LGBTQ Communities

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and life transitions, including identity exploration, relationship changes, burnout, grief, and periods of feeling stuck or overwhelmed. These experiences often overlap, especially for LGBTQ+ individuals who may be navigating coming out, family dynamics, workplace stress, or ongoing minority stress. Together, we create space to unpack what you’re carrying, build insight, and develop greater self-compassion without rushing or minimizing the complexity of your experience.

Counseling Services

Creating Safe Spaces for Healing

My approach is rooted in Person-Centered Counseling, which means I trust that you already carry the capacity for growth and change. Rather than directing or prescribing solutions, I focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship based on empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard. You set the pace. You choose the focus. My role is to listen deeply, reflect honestly, and support you as you explore what matters most to you. Therapy isn’t about fixing who you are it’s about understanding yourself more clearly and making choices that feel aligned and self-directed.

In addition to individual therapy, I offer Therapeutic Dungeons & Dragons (D&D) as a specialty group option. These groups run in 9-week campaigns, meeting once a week for two hours, and are conducted entirely online using Zoom and D&D Beyond.

Groups are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of six participants, to support connection, safety, and meaningful engagement. Therapeutic D&D uses collaborative storytelling and role-play as tools for emotional exploration, identity work, boundary practice, and community-building. No prior D&D experience is needed, this is therapy first, with the game serving as a creative and supportive framework.
